Dr. Justus von Balluseck specialises in real estate law and in conducting civil litigation and arbitration proceedings. His litigation practice focuses on real estate, contractual and corporate disputes. He also advises on matters of inheritance law. Through his work at a leading international law firm, he has gained extensive experience in litigation and contract drafting. In addition, Dr. von Balluseck teaches private commercial law at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin). He speaks German and English.
