Professional liability insurance is provided by R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Voltastraße 84, 60485 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The insurance covers professional activities in the member states of the European Union and meets the requirements of § 51a of the Federal Lawyers' Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung – BRAO).
Professional regulations
All lawyers of the firm are admitted to the bar in Germany (professional title: Rechtsanwalt / Rechtsanwältin, conferred in Germany). The applicable professional regulations are the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), the Professional Rules for Lawyers (Berufsordnung der Rechtsanwälte – BORA), the Specialist Lawyers' Regulations (Fachanwaltsordnung – FAO), the Code of Conduct for European Lawyers (CCBE) and the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG).
